The ND//WORK*SHOP

The ND//Work*Shop

The ND*Work/Shop is a reimagining of what a shop can be—part marketplace, part collaborative workshop, and part social intervention. It plays with the idea of value, labor, and participation, offering a space where people can engage with neurodivergent ideas in a hands-on way. Instead of a traditional exchange of money for products, visitors are invited to choose their level of engagement. They can buy an item, trade for it, or participate in making it for the next visitor.

Each product in the shop is connected to a neurodivergent theory, shaped by lived experiences and research. From small everyday objects to conversation-starting statements, every piece in the ND*Work/Shop is designed to introduce, challenge, and expand perspectives on neurodiversity. The shop itself is modular and adaptable—built to open when energy is high and close when rest is needed, reflecting neurodivergent rhythms and accessibility needs.

Beyond just selling items, the NDWork/Shop is a space for discussion, making, and communal exchange. It challenges traditional value systems, showing that worth is not just about money but about time, effort, and creativity. By inviting people to participate in a different kind of economy—one based on contribution and shared experience—the NDWork/Shop creates tangible ways to rethink inclusivity, support, and accessibility in everyday life.
